Teas are a comforting and grounding way to enjoy the benefits of medicinal plants. In this workshop, Holistic Herbalist Sarah Sorci will share some of her favorite tea blend recipes for support of healthy digestion, relaxation & sleep, and more. Sarah will offer suggestions for steep times based on the herbs’ constituents, and go in-depth on the properties of several tasty tea herbs.

After sampling tea blends, participants will create their own tea blend to take home. Class handouts will also be distributed.
